A soup costing £108 has gone on the menu at a London Chinese restaurant.
The shark's fin soup has be ordered five days in advance from the Kai restaurant, Mayfair.
The soup's called Buddha Jumps Over the Wall includes the shellfish abalone, Japanese flower mushroom, sea cucumber, dried scallops, chicken, Hunan ham, pork and ginseng.
Kai owner Bernard Yeoh says he sells around two bowls a month.
According to The Sun he said: "It's worth the money."
Have you tried the pufferfish soup yet. Its made from a poisonous fish. They chef has to remove the poison. Its a delicacy in both Korea and Japan. In Korea its called Pugo-Tang. Still haven't built up the courage to try it.

I tried it a couple of times. Chef needs to have a special license to cook it. _________________ Online Degrees : Movie Reviews
Do these licensed chefs sometimes make mistakes with the preparation?

I cannot say it never happens, but it rarely happens. Some accidents get reported every year, but I'm not so sure if licensed chefs cause any of these accidents. _________________ Online Degrees : Movie Reviews
