I am an aussie woman considering accepting a job in cambodia. On a personal note i am also hoping to adopt a child at some time in my future. Has anybody heard of an expat adopting from cambodia while living there. - entirely above board of course.

Its quite possible that Lius (being Asian)has a different perspective regarding adoption than us westerners. Lets see what he has to say.
