I know a lot of Filipinas, and one problem I find is persuading them that they are too young for me.
They seem surprised that any older foreigner would not be interested in them.
Yes, the younger ones look attractive and can be fun, but for a long term relationship, I would prefer someone older.
where do you find you're girls at the street? i don't know where you're hanging out at when in philippines lol.
try staying the class area and you won't find one. may be a look or more at your direction because you stand out in the crowd (like me) i do admit though that there seem to be an interest with dating older then them. It wouldn't matter if you are foreign.

Oh, many different places.
Makati quite often as that is where many Govt offices are, staying at almost any of the major hotels.
Most parts of Manila, and many other towns and cities plus many trips to rural areas.

I've meet alot of girls that are less like that.. It's ridiculous you claim alot when I've been there 15 years I've got looks but not like they would wanna bj me thangy. Maybe they'll flirt but I've been to club bars in other places besides phil and 70% i've met in other countries i've got a felt on, saw some private stuff and did more then that. Don't think too much of ur self.
As for everyday living and you claim you get hit on.. Eh.. try living there for 2 or more years.. You won't even think they are hittin' on you.
Filipinos are friendly people.. that what I figured out after 2 years.. of my stay.
