Can anyone suggest a good lender for a buy to let mortgage on a property in the UK? I have no proof of earnings, which means I don't have as many options. I'm looking for a fixed interest (3 - 5 years) repayment mortgage with no early payment penalty after the fixed enterest period ends and no overhanging tie-ins. If anyone is in a similar situation and is happy with their lender I would love to hear from them.

Your terminology is somewhat confusing......
Are you saying you have a property in UK and wish to borrow some money and use that property as collateral to be sucured to the lender with mortgage on that property...???
Where are you located...... somehow I seem to remember you are living and working in Singapore ???
But working and have no proof of income ???
If you can clarify maybe we can point you in the correct direction...
