Cambodia Expat hangouts – Phnom Penh

The recently relocated Peace Café.

Now on Street 136 just off Norodom Boulevard towards the river.

Happy Hour 4 to 9 every evening

Usual selection of beers; Lao, Anchor, Angkor, Tiger…

Eclectic menu, offering Asian and Western dishes.

Also doubles up as the only English language cinema in the country, showing a mixture of recently released blockbusters to very obscure international art house movies.

Dave the owner is personable and entertaining, as well as being a fount of useful information about Cambodia – he has lived here for nearly 10 years.

Do you go to the Riverside Cafe much? Does Andy still run the place or did he move on? uhm
