Hi,
I have been looking all over for a forum like this which should help me serve our readers better. I'm the editor of Expat Newspaper Philippines and have been scouring the net for possible leads to great stories. People we can interview and topics our readers would like us to discuss.
I'll be reading the forums and hopefully I cna get suggestions from people here.

There are many forums either specifically dedicated to, or that have sections about, the Philippines.
I am a member of about 10 or 12 of them.

Do a search and you will find them.
(Hint, try searching using the names of major cities / regions.)

The one thing you do NOT want to do is post the same message multiple times in different sections.

All it does is annoy people! Mad
