Can you tell us how this works? Posbile to buy just 1 week or must buy 1 week per year for many years? _________________ Asia Expats Forum Expat Friends Dating
To become timeshare owner, you will have to buy 1 week or more or points accommodation in a certain resort for a definite number of years. Usually costs more than a US$4,000 and up plus annual maintnenace fees. With timeshare rentals however, you don't get to pay the whole timeshare cost and you do not have the unit maintenance obligations. Plus you get them at a much lower price. You have more flexibility. _________________ "Not all who wander are lost."-- J.R.R. Tolkien
Yes, Sir! Booking dates however are subject to availability. Units are rarely available on holidays like Christmas, New year and Holy Week. _________________ "Not all who wander are lost."-- J.R.R. Tolkien
Ok You should post a copy of this in the Philippine section. I think people get a little confused about the timeshare part.-- _________________ Asia Expats Forum Expat Friends Dating
