for the first time in 9 years I took my employers free yearly health checkup.
the checkup consisted of a chest xray, blood and urine tests.
got the results today.
My lungs are normal
could that be?? 30 yeeras of heavy smoking and they say my lungs are normal--Sure I quit 3 years ago but even the smoking websites said it would take 15 years for my lungs to return to normal
other results were good
My MPV and MPC levels were a little over what was considered normal
I haven't seen a doctor since 1976 and there is nothing wrong with me as far as I know. I don't smoke or eat any sweets, snacks or fast food.
I can still wear clothes I was wearing in my late teens. I do have the occasional drink but one must from time to time. _________________ Spare us your professional annotations - they are irrelevant!

Mike , I notice by your closing e=mote-a-con that you appear to be requesting procto-scopeing too....
the hospital that services our company refuses to perform on-site proctoscopeing--that decision was made after their experience at our canteen _________________ Asia Expats Forum Expat Friends Dating

Thank you Mike. I don't exercise in the traditional sense but I do stay active. Horseriding, hunting, morning walks and so on.
As for the clothes, I'll never understand why harris tweed went out of fashion. _________________ Spare us your professional annotations - they are irrelevant!
