Yes there are lots of competent dentists, and I am one of them I am currently the president of the philippine academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the president of the above mentioned clinics i posted....sure we can change old amalgam fillings to either composites, compoglass, or porcelain....i had a Turkish patient who claims to feel much better, as in no more falling hair and migraine after i changed all her amalgam fillings...our charge is more or less US$ 13.00 per surface for light cure, tooth colored composite filling.We also do whitening,veneers,implants,all ceramic crowns...as a matter of fact, we have numerous dental laboratories who do work from the U.S and U.K... and we have lots of tourists having their dental works done here...

Maybe its finally gotten to the time to have all the old choppers ripped out and new ones put in.
Come to think of it, there has always been something gnawing at the back of my mind that I might like to gnaw on while I have no choppers for a few days. Maybe worth a try at those prices.

Yes, try the Philippines ! I have talked to a lot of tourists and they tell me they really love my country !...I can arrange a dental/tour package for you, just tell me where in our 7thousand plus islands you want to go to...and everyone can understand and talk english....
