I haven't personally used these guys to get my license, but such agencies are a dime a dozen in China - bit expensive to go through them, but if you can afford it, it's certainly worth it. I suspect you'll have to call them to get an answer, tho ...
And the license you get is perfectly legal (except in the mind of a certain enlightened entity who doesn't know what he's talking about anyway when it comes to China - and has probably never lived there for any length of time) ... I know plenty of people who've gone through such agencies.
To all that are concerned - the end result is a perfectly legal and valid license, which is issued by the government itself.
Now of course, certain sections of the komodo family may not agree, but then I can't be responsible for what they believe in ...
After all, what do I know about how these things work here? I lived in China for quite a while, am originally from Asia, and know many people who went through this same process to get a license ... ... I know this is stretching it, but what does being indian have to do with knowing how to obtain d/ls in China.
