i get that sometimes too. what makes you think its a worm attack and not a SE robot checking the site out? What do you mean by worm attack anyway?
anyway, there are times when my site goes "down" for 10-15 minutes at a time. highly frustrating
had a bad about 2 weeks ago--checked the phpbb forum site and it was an attack on many boards at the same time--they said it was a worm based on santy worm--that is why i had 38 users online that time
I also get downtime which i attribute to having a shitty host-i host at ix webhosting and i swear they must have to reboot my server 2-3 times a week--it strats i cannot access site then i can not access mysql database from control panel-also read reviews from others using the same host--had the same problems.
i host at hostony.com. where is your host based? mine is in the US, i am in Korea and my users will be from around the world. i have considered dedicated hosting, but with 30 members its a little hard to justify
i am having trouble staying logged in on your site. i can't figure out why either. if i am just browsing and posting, no problem but when i open your site from a link in my email notification and then try to reply i have to log in again.
i am on Mac/FF but that shouldnt make any difference
ixwebhosting is located in kentucky or virginia or someplace like that

what do you pay for your hosting
i pay 8$ for 1.5 gig and 10Gbandwith-1 mysql database etc.
