Hello people of the expat forum 'Taiwan'. My name is Joe, and I'm as you can see new.......
I'm American and have lived in Asia off n on for 16 years. I have a sense of humor and I know how to use it! So carefull I just might at anytime say something funny, I'm not joking I will use it!

Based with my family in Northern California. However, I have been living in and out of Taichung, Taiwan for 16 years. Before the end of the month I hope to have something going on in Shenyang, China; regardless I will be moving there.
