I use the free clinic at the university if I ever need to go to a doctor. Seems okay.There's no privacy. Just anyone walks in while the doctor is talking to a patient.

Usually if you need medicines, you can go direct to a chemist / pharmacist. Prescriptions are not often required. You tell the pharmacist whatever your complaint is, and s/he gives you appropriate medicine.
