...And you don't have to register your business or pay company tax unless your company makes 3 million yen in a year. Basically this means you can build up a hobby business without some stupid bureaucrat chasing you down at tax time.
A very good idea I think . Some developed countries require you to be legit from day one and I think this is a restraint on business development
