Theres a TON of paper work to do... I have a 有限会社 (YUUGENGAISHA) but just that I had to write like a ton of papers. (A TON of KANJI :' banghead

BTW A teenager can have a company IF they have permission for their parents. -- All my parents had to do was write a permission slip saying "My son can have a company" blah blahbalah

...And you don't have to register your business or pay company tax unless your company makes 3 million yen in a year. Basically this means you can build up a hobby business without some stupid bureaucrat chasing you down at tax time.

. Some developed countries require you to be legit from day one and I think this is a restraint on business development banghead

I agree. Thats a great idea. I imagine the businesses in the States that never get off the ground due to all the legal requirements
