Hello! I’m new here but I would like to ask a question about Philippines…

Where is/are the best places you’ve ever seen in the Philippines?
If you have one, when and where is it?

Can you share it with us or me?

My own answer to these questions of mine is (for me, since I live here) Boracay Island in Kalibu Aklan, Puerto Galera in Mindoro and Baler in Aurora Provice and more places to come…

These places touch my heart because not just the beauty of the beaches but also the place itself. These three places have ocean, trees, island and forest; maybe because I was born on Pisces sign and my heart goes to Nature beauty of the places and the water I’ve seen.

For me, of course, it is Maya-Maya, Nasugbu, Natangas.

Came here the very first weekend I came to live in the Philippnes (July 1981)

Visited resort for several weekends; then rented a house as a weekender; then built a house here; and in 1986 acquired control of the whole darn area!; since then further developed. A true life committment to a beautiful cleean, green and spacious hide-a-way destination!

I better see your place... someday! I will put it on our list of travel maybe next year when the summer time comes... so we will enjoy the beach and your beautiful placa there! Laughing

For me it's Palawan...
Puerto Princessa - clean city and very friendly people plus good food...
Port Barton for the beach and surrounding areas...
El Nido - not for the big resorts -there is some stunning reefs around here and they are at least trying to preserve them...

Second pick...
Puerto Galera - well some nice beaches there, as well as some good diving and it's only a short hop from Manila...

since Palawan is one of the best beaches in P.I. aside of Amanpulo...

your second pick is one of my favorite... less expensive and great beach also...

I liked all the places I went to because of the people. I just plain had a good time and it seemed like everybody was relaxed about things. It was so easy to get along. I'm looking forward to my next trip over there. Very Happy

For me Camiguin Island, part of Mindanao, Philippines It is not crowded therefore free of unwanted pollution. Just type camiguin island and googles will search for you of info you need. Wave
