Now Mohammed Yusuf... He is averaging 90 since he converted to Islam. Amazing eh? Shades of Cassius Clay/ Muhammed Ali??
Pakistan were set 380 to win off 71 overs. Not an impossible task, but Salman Butt was out first ball. Now Inzi is out there as I type playing for a draw.
No worries though England (as you say) will get their come uppance at the end of the year.
Yep, Mohammed Yousuf is indeed doing so much better since converting to Islam. I think it's partly due to the fact that the Pakis want all of their team members to practise the same faith - I sorta think they weren't too happy with him being a Christian and this may have caused some tension. If you notice, he's now playing WAY more sensibly, rather than before, when he played brilliantly for a few balls, then suddenly got out to a stroke which no-one thought a batter of his caliber could or should get out to!
The Pakis did well to draw, but I thought they could have tried to go for the win, especially with Inzi there ... but then again, Monty Panesar was causing them all sorts of problems.
Yep, the English will get it when they go to Australia. I dont see how they WON the Ashes ... if it hadn't been for Pieterson, they might well have not! _________________ Dongguan Expat - Your online Community!

No arguments from me there
I'll be in Canada and I have to find somewhere to watch a couple of days. I'll have a better chance there than here, that's for sure.
Good to see Delhi getting the World Cup final in 2011...in India...in Asia.

Just hope that Delhi's infrastructure can cope with it ...
Infrastructural problems are rampant there
Now, I would have no doubts about infrastructure if the Cup were to be hosted in China ...
Shows that Delhi needs to catch up, and RAPIDLY ... Hope they get around to modernizing the airport PRONTO - anyone who's travelled via Delhi and seen the mess that is Indira Gandhi International Airport will probably agree _________________ Dongguan Expat - Your online Community!
I think the fact that Lord Buddha was Indian, and Buddhism spread throughout Asia from India, and is still the most widespread faith in the region, and Buddhism itself sprang from Hinduism gives India a pretty good connection with the rest of Asia...it established the pattern of spirituality.
