hi there can anyone help
i have recently arrived in hk with a one year fixed contract ,no opt out clausre,and the boss who has been harassing me and on one ocasion,abusive to me want to stop it immediatly,!!!
what are my options

Normally, there are clauses in most employment contracts
by which you can vary or cancel the contract by mutual
agreement.

Does the boss want you to stay?

sorry it was ambuguous the way i wrote it ,the contract is one year with no opt out written on it in any form and she wants to stop it ,but i am very happy to leave as i feel she is mentally ill ,or somesuch and she has to pay i think
