Try it, you'll see This is the ONE exercise that has enabled me to finally start doing handstands (and half hearted handstand pushups) - and I've got a REALLY small bone structure (meaning I had really skinny forearms before).
BUT, it's gotta be done in CORRECT FORM!! No slouching here ... look at a picture of a grizzly walking on Google or something, and imitate it ...
I used to be that way but now at age 47 I do much more exercising than I did when I was 40
