Builds super strength in the wrists, forearms, shoulders and even upper back ...

Try it, you'll see Wink This is the ONE exercise that has enabled me to finally start doing handstands (and half hearted handstand pushups) - and I've got a REALLY small bone structure (meaning I had really skinny forearms before).

BUT, it's gotta be done in CORRECT FORM!! No slouching here ... look at a picture of a grizzly walking on Google or something, and imitate it ...

sounds good--I can always use some help when it comes to badminton, golf and softball. wrist and forearm used in all of those sports

I used to be that way but now at age 47 I do much more exercising than I did when I was 40

Same for me - I'm nowhere near 40, but I exercise much more now than I did a few years ago in the US ...
