i bought some melatonin to test cause i want to try to sleep in on weekends,
seems no matter what time i go to sleep on fri sat night i still wake up at 6 am.
melatonin is supposed to make it easier for use to overcome jet lag by basically overriding our internal clocks.
took 1 capsule before bed saturday night and i think it helped a little--woke at 6 as normal but went back to sleep and actually slept till almost 9 oclock-
but--i felt sluggish and tired all day and took a nap in the afternoon--a 2 hour nap--which is unusual for me.
