First bikeride to Tilicho Lake in Nepal !
Hey all,
finally found time to put our pictures from the first EVER mountainbike trip to Tilicho Lake in Nepal. This lake is situated on the Annapurna Circuit in Manang. So we took our mountainbikes and biked from Kathmandu to Besisahar and then up the same way as the trekkers do. The landscapes are fantastic and the valleys were green and lush in september. Not too warm not too cold. Some parts were very steep and we first had to inspect the full length of an uphill section before we could go up one by one. Same for the downhills !!!!
We reached Tilicho Lake and camped out for 2 days in the snow. Then over Thorung La for one of the best downhills in my life !
The pictures are a mix of riding and culture with some great landscapes. Everybody is welcome to take a look and let me know what they think about it ,
