I can still access it- but not from your link from- http://www.korat-info.com/forum. without the /forum alls i get is a blank page. At least you haven't actually lost it though!!
I tried to get back to the old settings, didn't work either. Now I don't know whether they worked with delay or somebody helped to get back to old.
The problem of the META tags still remains. _________________ Thailand Forum - Korat Forum..
Correction: can, but not smoothly anymore. Get error message first. Then upon reopening the browser it works. _________________ Thailand Forum - Korat Forum..

I think you pasted from index.html ... You should paste the META tags into the index.php file, NOT the file which redirects you to index.php ... paste all of it right up top, probably after the "Title" tag ... If there is any php code before that, leave it untouched.
Last, but NOT least, please make backups of everything This way, if you modify file A, then the forum doesnt work ... all you have to do is upload the original file, and bam! ... Your back to where you were (of course, unless the change you made modified some OTHER file, but I don
't think this is a concern when simply pasting meta tags).
Hope my explanation does not cause confusion this time - I explained in the simplest possible terms I possibly can after only one Tsingtao beer .
Ok, I admit having made the mistake with the index.html instead the index.php, but Mike is right, where he put it, the overall-header.tpl file, it does work. Maybe it works in the index.php, too. Don't feel like trying. Thanks, Mike! _________________ Thailand Forum - Korat Forum..

But we still gotta see what Google makes of it. Hopefully it's less nonsense now. Their explanation "no new posts" is/was really not conducive to the success of a new forum. _________________ Thailand Forum - Korat Forum..

Google bots take a while to conduct their search ...
You may also want to consider Google Adwords while your at it - this may drive more users to your forum if they browse Google for related topics and see your site's link under "Sponsored Links". _________________ Dongguan Expat - Your online Community!
