Budget travellers and University types. The scene there is really similar to the scene in Goa. If thats too mellow for you,you can head down to Kho Panyang for the notorious full Moon party. If your into the more isolated scene there are tons of unspoiled beaches in Krabi.
If you want to party and spend your time with whores eating Bratvearst sausages then Pattaya is your scene.
