I stayed there last month and found it a pleasant change to the
noise usually found at the hotels in the center of Pattaya yet one
can get down there for a few baht in the baht bus. Rooms are being
refurbished methodically and look very nice. All rooms are clean
with good ac. Coffee shop food is tasty and not expensive. Great view
from all rooms. Nice pool.

I stayed in a 'superior' room @B1000/night net
including breakfast. Room was spacious, king size bed,
balcony and plenty TV channels. There were cheaper
rooms @B700 also net and incl. breakfast.

I will clarify to the best of my ability so as not
to confuse anyone...
Pattaya Hill Resort has about 200 rooms in the
building...they are roughly 1/3 condo, 1/3 time
share and 1/3 hotel. My references are all
related to the hotel.
