How's public transportation system in Thailand? Is it good enough so that you can comfortably get around without having a car? _________________ Online Degrees : Movie Reviews

It doesn't suit my purpose. I go where there is no public transport. They built a Bus station about 15km away, but there still aren't any busses.
If I want to make a run out to the jungle, the last bus leaves from Mo-Chit, at 10:00pm, and only goes to 50km from where I want to go, then its a local rust-bucket for the next 35km and 15km on foot.
So I looked at my benefits, only to see I can get a car and driver from my employer, for a nominal fee. There are no restrictions where I can go.[/img]

I teach nothing, but Jungle Yes, its great, you can disappear and they can'y find you, The Ex-Wife, Tax-Department, Ex-employer, creditors, everyone. 15km from the nearest #2 bus stop, just great.
