hi! I am going to visit Singapore soon, and I'd like to find out is it possible to make a bank account in Singapore bank for a tourist, becouse it's a bit inconvinient for me to use my credit cars there... Thank you.

Hi JJt. One question - why go throught he hassles of opening up a bank account if you are only going to be here as a tourist?

Your ATM card can withdraw up to S$1000 per day and the exchange rate used is not bad at all.

Sort answer - yes, it is possible with some banks but you need to keep a larger balance or be penalised . . . my opinion = not worth it.
