Rent fee is P4,500 per room per month (electricity and water Not included).Terms are at least 3 months stay (short term), we just need 1 month advance, no deposit needed.
We are strategically located in the center of metro manila, sta.mesa area, 5-10min walk to SM centerpoint and LRT 2 V. Mapa Station. Travel convenient to Q.C, San Juan, Makati and Manila area.

- Share bathroom with another room (Housemate/s)
- Nice quiet compound with a basketball court
- Strong water supply
- No association dues
- 10 mins. away from SM centerpoint, 5 mins away from LRT 2 station (walking distance)
- Accessible and near San Juan, Mandaluyong, Quezon City (quezon ave, morato, banawe etc.), Manila ( nagtahan, espana, malate, recto, quiapo) and Makati
