Bangkok has a good shooting range on Ramkamhaeng Road, right next to the University.
Actually, the shooting range is in the middle of town . I have no idea, where they go the permit for opening an open range at that location, but it is amazing. This would never be possbile in old Europe. But I love the opportunity.
The range offers Skeet and Trap shooting. They also set up a sporting range a couple of times a year.
I enjoyed it, since it is the only possibility in Thailand to practice your shooting for the real stuff: hunting.
The only disappointment was, that none of the guns offered for rent were big enough for me...the results showed it. The quality of the guns was good. They had an assortment of japanese guns, Mirokus among them.

They also explain the different clay shooting disciplines offered. So, if you are a novice, you can get first information there.
Also, they have some shooting teachers at hand. I guess in order to introduce people who are new to clay target shooting to the correct handling of a gun, etc.

Due to a huge response from teams, 3 tournaments over 2 weekends will be contested in Phuket Island. 48 teams from 13 countries are expected to contest this international sport event, representing more that 500 players.
- 19-20 Nov. (Open Men - 16 teams max.): At this stage 12 teams are registered, so you still can enter your team in this tournament.
- 25-26-27 Nov. (Open Men & Masters O'35 - 32 teams max): Fully-booked. Nevertheless, you can register your team unknown from Thailand on the waiting list, in the event of last minute withdrawal of teams, we will contact you as soon as possible.
