I have an overwhelmiong impression that most people don't know what has been done to the Hil Tribes by Thailand over the years.
I feel it is important to have these views placed in public for discussion and am prepared to begin a discourse on the views taken by members, of the abuse of the hill tribes. I have some inside knowledge of the issues, and would like to see more people coming to Asia being aware already of the effects on the hill tribes of Thailands policies, from the top down, on handling what in many countries, would be classed as out and out racist. In Iraq the same policies applied to a minority, were one of the reasons Bush used for his invasion.
How do members see the same issues being addressed in teh same way, here?

By all means. Tell us about the abuses. Which policies violate human rights?
The right to a name and by extension, the right to an education, to medical care, the right to a state, the right to live without fear.
I am keen to see the result of the current case before the human rights commission in Geneva against the head of state, for abrogation of the rights of minorities.
