The minimum is only USD50,000!
A certification each year has to be filed to confirm that the investment is still intact with an "approved tourism investment" |

Can I comment?
You are not married to a "filipina" so it's foreign like you? if you don't like to answer my question it's okay, Bato _________________ “to never stop dreaming until your hair turns gray… that’s the essence of living”

For whatever useful purpose it may serve I have no problem in confirming:
My legal wife is Alisi Kaihau Tauheluhelu STONE, aged 57 a natural born Tongan Citizen who has been a New Zealand Citizen for the last 30 years.

I must metnion that the Townhouse is an ideal location for anyone arriving in Manila late PM and leaving early the next day.
Also, for those on a budget.
A decent place with a good reputation. _________________ The Middle Eastern states aren't nations; they're quarrels with borders.- P. J. O'Rourke |
