provides mobility solutions to customers & their assignees globally.
They are looking for a Relocation Manager to join their team.
Main purpose of position:
Manage the local relationship between Santa Fe and its key customer
Manage a portfolio of other global clients
Coach, mentor and develop the Relocation Services Supporting Team
Act as a main point of contact for client inquiries, customer escalations,
service delivery and reporting
Manage the activities of the Relocation Services Team in Chengdu
to ensure quality service be delivered to our clients and their assignees.
This includes monitoring service level metrics for the team.
Ensure Relocation Staff throughout have most current and accurate
information regarding client policy, services partnered for, services metrics
and expectations.
