Hi can anyone recommend some good vegetarian restaurants in Shanghai or Beijing, I am vegetarian and had a tough time on my last visit, hoping to not lose too much weight on my next trip...any good Chinese phrases to communicate "vegetarian" would also be helpful. thanks.
