[ Working Currently: Working  ]

Im too lazy to maintain a blog. But ill try to add some stuff once in a while.

New bangkok airport causing noise problems for several of my colleagues at work.

none of these new thailand immigration initiatives will effect me--as long as I am working with a valid permit I should be fine--Ill bet otehrs will but a condo in the Philippines somewhere and split their time between here and there.

and I still think the new imigration laws will cause motre people to go underground-ie. overstay their visas

Softball season starting soon--cant wait

Crystal Bay Golf Review

Sun Sep 03, 2006 9:45 pm

[  Mood: Sleepy ]
[ Watching golf Currently: Watching golf ]

Well I barely made it to my 6:40 tee off time at Crystal Bay but I was pleaseantly surprised when I made to the 1 st tee the starter saw me and said "are you Michael"

YESSS I am-so they put me with 3 old taiwanese men--right on time.

The course was nice and although I didn't really hit the ball well I scored 40 on the front 9.

The caddies were very aggressive--joking about "you work overtime last night" and other BS like that. I would really prefer that if my caddy is over 50 years old that she forget about the flirting and concentrate on helping me around the course.

My caddy did give me a lot of advice about my swing--she was mostly right but she went to far and as we got down to the final few holes I was wishing she would shut up.

Greens were fast.

final score 84
4 three putts
1 drive ob
1 birdie--on handicap 1 hole

we played the AB course and I would like to play the CD one day.

started at 6:40
finished by 11:15
had a coffee, fried rice and water afterwords 135Baht

day 4 of bowell cleanse

[ Eating eating pomelo Currently: Eating eating pomelo ]

50 pills a day for 5 days-- thats the program
200 pills later and I am feeling pretty good
yesterday was quite consti[ated but took the prescribed laxitive and eveything got cleared out nicely

the idea here is that my bowell and intestines get cleaned out making it much more efficient digesting foods and disposing of toxins
of course with the better diet there are less toxins anyway so the combination of better diet and improved digestion will help me greatly
next?

new program

Tue Apr 18, 2006 10:18 pm

starting my 5 day bowell cleanse today.
took the first pill tonight-the first stage is to get the bowells moving so there is at least 1 BM per day
then the second stage pills with the bentinite etc--to absorb toxins from the intestines.

so I should have a BM tomorrow morn--isnt this fun Shocked

played badminton tonight without the aid of my fat burning energy pills--i have tons of energy I dont need that crap anymore--we played for almost 3 hours and i wanted to play more.

got home to record new low weight of 68 kilos--ate and drank alot to bring it up to about 69--i feel very good ever since starting the morning lemon juice/maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and veg juice routine.
was amazed to find blackstrap mollasses yesterday--YESSSSSSSS

more about that later

Well its songkran again andp eople are all over the streets throwing water around. I have several days off from work and had to deal with a broken home PC-just brought it home with a new mainboard and cpu. Sempron 2800 and a cheap mainboard--for what I do its even overkill.

great article I just ran across
The Battle For Health Is Over pH
great reading and checkout curezone.com while yourte at it--
I am at the point now where I am eating a fair amount but not gaining any weight.-How? Because I eat the right things--again check out curezone.com to learn how to take proper care of yourself.

made a report on my trip to cambodia casinos here
Cambodia Casino run

On the health front--visited the new Siam Paragon shopping center and was plweased to find that they have a very good variety of the health foods that I have been looking for.

I bought almond paste, Bragg's Apple cider vinegar, 100% pure sea salt,100% pure maple syrup and coconut cream. They also have tons of organic veggies etc..

I am going to try all of these things and report back.

So far I have found the coconut cream to be very tasty.

Also started this oil pulling stuff.
Oil Pulling
check it out--many people claim to benefit from this.
I bought some 100% sesame oil to try

progress?

Today had veg juice this morn and one after work-- cut down my monday aerobic session(stationary bike) but continued the situp, chinupup and barbbell regiment.

340 situps, and 3 sets of chinups totalling 46 chinups
am down to 70 kilos-still some spare tire left but but not much-for the time being i will see if i can stay at around 70.

no doubt io feel much better, stil some lethargy but much less than before--problem is I dont know exactly why I feel better.

Is it cause i stopped sugar and most carbs? or teh veggie juice? or the nystatin treatment(now stopped)
a combination of all I bet---whatever i will continue--cravings are still there--today i had popcorn and peanuts--

i have also changed to having the veg juice in the morning--along with hot water lemon juice--thats actually quite tasty

i gotta admit though i am still overwhelmed by the amount of info and health advice. many of the natural ingredients are not available here in thailand-so i will order some stuff on the net.

but what to pursue--liver flush, parasite, flush, bowel cleanse etc... so many treatments are recommended and all are supposed to make life much more bearable-
playing it by ear for now

by the way curezone.com is my main source of info an all this health stuff

Getting healthy

I went out and bought a Moulinex juicer for the equivalent of about 75$

The idea here is to get the juice out of raw vegtables and drink it---preferably many glasses per day but I am going into this with baby steps. Appartantly the enzymes in fresh raw vegtables are very good at bringing us to better health--
Im still learning all this stuff and have become overwhelmed with info on stuff like liver and kidney cleanses, bowel cleaners etc...

My first mix Smile
2 whole cloves of garlic
Several sprigs of Parsley
Carrots
Chinese Kale
Tomatoes
Cucumbers

the juicer works great even if the juice tasted terrible.. need to something abou the taste.

At this time I am drinking this juice in place of my normal evening meal wcich used to consist of mostly snacks--crackers, maybe noodle soup.

BTW I started taking Nystatin for candida and noticed severl improvemnts-- athletes foot almost gone, those permanant facila pus emitters have also abated--verdict

I have candida--a very common fungal yeast infection.
