Unless the US Administration takes some really unpleasant steps, it will continue to drop, and might even go into free-fall.
Those steps would surely loose any Party votes, so it would have to be bu agreement with both partoes and that is unlikely until the situation gets too serious to ignore.
It could easily mean a recession far worse than that of the 1930's.

I just can't see the dollar going in to a total nose dive below say 35 baht to the dollar in the next 4 years. That is a threat to others in the free market system. Cheap American goods is not a good thing for other countries. I just believe it's a dangerous thing to view the deficit too critically...this works to the advantage of the US.
