The Thais prefer to utilize those construction techniques themselves rather than let outsiders do it.....
don't see many egg boxes and chicken wire in concrete, most don't use that much steel in it,, But they do like to see a few dirt clods in the mix and never mix it all together to much,,better if it is kinda spotty.
First put in some sand and clods of clay,then plenty of water,,next some crushed rock, do not measure it to good,,then when you have a nice soup about as thick as can milk dump in a sack of cement and stirr a little,,not to much now, then you dip the soup in a bucket and pour it,,don't worry, you will get all the cement in by the time you have the pour done.
