If there's going to be trouble between 'so-called fans', then there's nothing the authorities can do to stop it, it's already been planned and arranged by both sides.

The 1994 final was the most boring in the history of the tournament (0-0 then to penalties) thanks to the boring, negative approach the Italians took and now they are there again.
