Western Union & China Postal Savings will implement VSB promotion for 3months at international wholesale centers and trade centers in Guangzhou city . During promotion period: August 15th 2007 to November 31st 2007. When you receive money at participating Western Union China Post cooperating partner locations during the promotion period, you may redeem an International IP Phone Card (with a face value of 20RMB) with the attached voucher. Each voucher can only be used for one transaction.
